Vincent Guerré
CEO at Enosis
Vincent Guerré is the founding partner and current Chairman of ENOSIS, a pioneering French clean-tech company based in Toulouse that transforms CO₂ and non-reusable waste into renewable gases using proprietary biological methanation technology. Since launching ENOSIS in late 2014, he has steered the company from laboratory research to industrial deployment—culminating in the construction of Denobio, France’s first industrial-scale biomethanation facility integrated with an agricultural methanization unit, set to inject synthetic methane into the natural gas network starting in 2025. Under his leadership, ENOSIS has developed and commercialized advanced equipment lines such as Bimotep (a mobile biomethanation testing unit), Demetha (a pre-industrial biomethanation prototype), and Plainenergie (Europe’s first demonstration project converting territorial waste into injectible gas). In 2022, Guerré successfully led a €3 million equity fundraise from Industrya, UI Investissement, and Banque des Territoires—backing ENOSIS’s industrialization expansion under France 2030’s “Territoires d’innovation” program. He also forged a global partnership with engineering group John Cockerill to expand biomethane production and CO₂-recycling solutions across new markets. Early in his career, Vincent worked at STMicroelectronics, where he drove semiconductor innovations for the smartphone sector, and later at PRIMAGAZ, where he led its sales, marketing, and business unit operations. Vincent holds a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics and Telecommunications, along with an MBA from HEC, anchored by his foundational studies in political science. Through his leadership, ENOSIS now stands at the forefront of the circular economy—harnessing biological methanation to create sustainable, grid-injectible renewable gas, bridging electricity and gas networks while enabling energy storage and decarbonization.
